Where is Manado’s Jazz Lounge located?

Manado’s is located at 942 Atlantic Avenue, between Washington and St. James, in Brooklyn, New York – just 2 blocks from the Clinton Hills Historic District.

 

​Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There is valet parking 2 blocks away at 545 Washington Avenue, between Fulton and Atlantic. You may also check www.spothero.com for additional parking options.

 

​What time do the shows start?

Doors open at 6:00 pm for the 7:30 pm show. Please arrive in a timely manner. Door times are subject to change without advance notice. Please check the day of the event for further details.

 

​What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards.

 

​Is there a dress code?

Manado’s appreciates business casual dress.

 

​What if I cannot make my reserved show?

There are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you purchase tickets for the correct date and time before checking out.

 

​What is your seating policy?

Seating is first come, first served – there is no specific seat reservation. Arrive early for the best seating available. We cannot guarantee that parties arriving separately or late will be able to be seated at the same table.

 

​Does the admission price include drinks?

No. The door admission is separate and is paid in advance. In addition to the door admission, there is a 2-drink minimum per person.

 

​Does Manado’s serve food?

Yes.

 

​Is there an age restriction at Manado’s Jazz Lounge?

Our table seating is for all ages. To sit at the bar, attendees must be 21+ and show valid identification.

 

​What is the best way to get seats for a show?

​Can reservations be made by phone?

No. Click SHOWS to purchase your desired tickets. If you cannot buy your ticket online, you can pay at the door, subject to availability. Please, call us at 718-313-9999 to check for open seats.

 

​Is there a student discount?

The student discount is $5.00 off the door admission and is offered at the discretion of the club at the time of entry.

 

​Do you offer group discounts?

No.

For parties of 6 or more people, a $3 service charge is added to the bill. This goes directly to the server. We cannot seat more than eight people together. Early arrival is strongly suggested for large parties.

 

​I can’t buy tickets online: the “RSVP period has ended.” Can I still get tickets?

The cutoff for online ticket purchases is 1 hour before showtime. Please call the venue for availability. You can pay at the door, however, entry is not guaranteed if the performance is sold out.

 

​Do you have a waitlist if a show is sold out?

We do not have a waitlist, but we will keep your contact information to inform you of future performance dates and times.

 

​Can I take photographs or videotape a show?

Club policy allows photos with no flash. Some artists do not allow photos at their performances. The photo policy is announced nightly before the show. Respectfully, no audio or video recording of any kind is allowed.

 

​Can Manado’s be rented for private events?
